MEDIA VISITS

Tourism Kelowna offers an extensive “visiting journalists” program year-round. Our Media Relations department can recommend or set up accommodations, activities and interviews and provide information and ideas for your story.

We review all requests for visit assistance on a case-by-case basis.

What We Need From You

To tailor your visit to Kelowna and suit the specific needs of your assignment, please complete the Media Profile Form and submit it to our Media Relations Manager several weeks in advance of your proposed visit.

The Media Profile Form should include the following information:

• Story focus
• Proposed visit dates
• Logistical requirements for the visit
• Description of publication / audience / program with circulation and publication air date
• Samples and clips of previous work (naturally, we appreciate speculative assignments)

Intsructions for Downloading Media Profile Form:
